Requesting Cases

Requesting attorneys simply use the app to make a request for coverage. Provide the case information, court date, time, courthouse and courtroom number. Describe the basics for the court call and what is your desired outcome. Upload any relevant documents (last court order, pending motion etc.) You can even provide a proposed order for the covering attorney to present to the judge for entry. Once you publish the case, our network of covering attorneys get notified.

We send you a notification when any covering attorney accepts your case.

Sit back while one of our experienced, qualified attorneys covers the case for you.

Within 4 hours after the court call, the covering attorney submits the case outcome and any orders entered in court. If it’s not satisfying, you can request additional information within 24 hours.
